Scope of Work:
PDX Entertainment was selected by the U.S. Navy Region Northwest to
produce a New Year's Eve event for families and dependants of military
personnel at Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton, WA. PDX Entertainment produced
a cirque inspired multimedia extravaganza. Logistical arrangements for
base clearance of vehicles and a cast and crew of 30 people were made.
Decorations and effects including professional quality sound and lighting,
projectors, dry ice fog machines, tension fabric sky decorations, stage
platforms, 200 chairs, aerial equipment and rigging, fun house mirrors,
balloon drops, and a large generator were installed by the PDX Entertainment
team of sub contractors, employees and base volunteers. Poster design
was contracted and supervised. PDX Entertainment completed an initial
site survey, worked closely with base fire and safety officers to ensure
the safety of the audience and performers.
Budget Range: $17,500.00 to $20,000.00
