Scope of Work: PDX Entertainment was contacted by 80's billboard chart toppers Information Society to help produce and promote their first concert in 10 years. PDX Entertainment prepared a proposed budget for the production, negotiated with possible venues, selected a site for the concert, negotiated an agreement with the band's exclusive management, bought radio and print advertising, provided oversight of radio spot production, issued press releases, coordinated with venue staff, made band travel arrangements, secured specific backline musical instruments and microphones, coordinated a poster hanging campaign, arranged for graphic design of posters and flyers, supervised load in and stage set up and arranged radio interviews.
Budget Range: $12,000.00 to $16,000.00
